description

The Serrated Clamp has a cross-hatched tooth pattern on its bearing face that bites into the step block or support surface, locking the clamp against lateral movement. This is the clamp you reach for when cutting forces have a strong sideways component — heavy roughing, face milling or angled cuts where a flat clamp might creep.

The serrations are machined for consistent tooth depth and even contact across the bearing face. The tooth pattern is designed to interlock with our Serrated Block for a positive connection at the support end.

Manufactured from medium carbon steel, hardened and tempered to HRC 24–32. Available in 15 variants. Custom sizes for dedicated production fixtures on request.

Use the Serrated Clamp with a Serrated Block at the support end and a Clamping Stud with Flange Nut for the hold-down. The teeth on both mating faces create a positive lock in two directions. Ships from ready stock.
