Serrated Block
Step block with serrated face — pairs with the Serrated Clamp for a positive anti-slip connection at the support end. Multiple height positions for setup range.
Hard Jaws
Pre-hardened chuck jaws for CNC lathes. Ground gripping surfaces for consistent, repeatable clamping on raw stock and rough-machined components. 3-jaw sets.
Fixture Accessories
Nuts, studs, jaws and washers that complete your workholding setup. Available in standard IS and DIN thread sizes from M4 to M48 with ground contact faces for flush, repeatable seating. Custom lengths, threads and finishes manufactured to drawing.
T Slot Nut
Hardened T-slot nut for CNC and VMC fixture setups. Slides into standard T-slot channels for secure clamping stud mounting. 22 variants, M4 to M48.
Clamping Stud
Threaded clamping stud for T-slot fixture setups. Hardened, rolled threads in M8–M36. Pairs with T Slot Nut and Flange Nut for secure workholding.
Coupling Nut
Long-body hex coupling nut for joining two clamping studs end-to-end. Extends stud reach on tall workpieces or deep-set fixtures. Hardened, M6 to M24.
C Washer
