CNC Soft Jaws are Reach Tools’ own brand product, designed for hydraulic and pneumatic power chucks on CNC lathes. Each jaw set is machined to your specific chuck interface — we supply jaws compatible with Samchully, Airtech, GMT, Kitagawa and other major chuck brands.

Supplied as semi-finished blanks: the chuck interface is machined to your chuck specification; the bore face is left unmachined for you to bore on your own spindle. This ensures the gripping bore is concentric with your machine’s axis — you’re cutting it on the machine that will use it.
