The Clamping Stud is the vertical threaded rod in a T-slot clamping assembly — it passes through your clamp, spacer and step block, and threads into the T Slot Nut seated in the machine bed channel.
Manufactured from medium carbon steel, hardened and tempered to HRC 24–32 for durability under repeated torque cycles. Threads are rolled for improved grain flow and smoother engagement with the flange nut.
Available in 40 variants covering thread sizes M8 to M36 in multiple standard lengths. For non-standard setups — longer reach, reduced-shank profiles or left-hand threads — we manufacture to your specification.
